Quick And Easy Abs Modules

By James Gray

Building the core muscles is one of the hardest things to do because the fats that appear in the stomach and the side area are very difficult to get rid of. In order to get rid of them, one would need consistent ab workouts in order to fully engage the core. If one does not have time for this, then he can try out simple home based abs modules.

This is a very easy to do ab routine that is really made for those who do not have much time for exercising. With this workout, there are a lot of intense but short exercises that are quite effective in building the core muscles. As long as one consistently does all of those exercises, then over time, it is definitely guaranteed that he will get a carved abdomen.

The very first and most basic exercise is the boat pose which has come from common yoga workouts. To execute the boat pose, one has to lie on the back and then slightly raise his two legs into the air along with his shoulders. From there, one has to now just hold the pose for as long as he can or maybe around twenty seconds until he can hold it further.

Second would be the classic leg raise which is often taught by the trainers that can be found in gyms. For doing the leg raise, one must once again lie down on his back and then swing both of the legs upward. After doing this, one must swing his legs downward without touching the ground and then lift them up again.

Yet another good ab exercise would be the simple plank wherein one would rest his elbows on the floor and lift his body up from the ground. He has to make sure that his toes and firmly on the ground so that he will not fall. Hold that pose for around ten to twenty seconds per set and increase later on.

There would also be the crunches exercise which focuses more on the upper abdominal muscles. One just has to assume a sit up position but instead of going all the way, he just has to lift his shoulders up. Doing this will specifically target the upper abs area.

Finally, one will then do the snake pose push up which is done through doing a dog pose and then a snake pose. Step one would be to assume a dog pose and then step two would be to slowly dip the head down and slide into a snake pose. This is then repeated around ten times per set or even more if one can take it. This exercise focuses on the core, the arms, and also the upper body which makes it an all around exercise.

Those are some really simple exercises that one can do at home to work on his core. The amazing thing about these exercises is that they are all easy to do. One will not need the help of any trainer to do this nor will he be needing any gym equipment.
